Thank you for letting me know. You might want to contact customer support as they may know more than I do about things that are worth trying. I would suggest fiddling with the map settings or chart styles though, to see if that helps.

This isn't the first we've heard of somebody experiencing this, but we haven't managed to reproduce it to figure out what's going on. It tends to be happening on older devices, as far as we can tell.
